REQUIREMENTS FOR AN APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER/UPGRADE
- A letter from the owner/agent must be submitted with this application granting permission to the applicant.
- For any alterations or extension to the property a copy of the Planning Certificate is to be attached.
- An Inspection form must be submitted with a request to upgrade or if alterations are being done to the property.
